Double winding wheels
Two winding positions accommodate single-wall corrugated pipe coils. Coil width adjusts from 160 to 250 mm; the maximum coil outside diameter is 760 mm.
Gentle speed adjustment with length monitoring for double-wheel winding.
A double-wheel coiler for single-wall corrugated pipe, with a winding speed of 1–25 m/min, Juditech inverter speed adjustment and an Autonics measuring wheel. The touchscreen controller provides a user-set length alarm and a live production-speed display.
Configured to your pipe and coil specificationThis single-wall corrugated pipe coiler combines two winding wheels with variable-frequency speed control and potentiometer adjustment. Compared with a conventional torque-motor setup applying excessive pull, gentle automatic speed changes help reduce the risk of stretching corrugations out of shape. The operating setting still needs to suit the actual pipe profile and line conditions. An Autonics measuring wheel works with a touchscreen controller to measure production length, let the operator set the required alarm length and display production speed in real time. The machine has a specified motor power of 1.5 kW, a maximum coil outside diameter of 760 mm and an adjustable coil width of 160–250 mm. The specified maximum coil inside diameter is 200 mm; this is an upper limit, not a fixed setting or a minimum diameter.
Review the pipe specification, electrical supply and upstream line interface for this machine. Send your pipe size and required coil length to start a configuration review.
Pipe stiffness, surface finish and bend radius are checked before the winding head and guide geometry are finalized. Check the supported pipe range in the specifications below.
Specifications for the double-wheel single-wall corrugated pipe coiler shown here, including its variable-frequency drive, length-measuring arrangement and finished-coil dimensions.
| Pipe application | Single-wall corrugated pipe |
|---|---|
| Winding speed | 1–25 m/min |
| Motor power | 1.5 kW |
| Speed adjustment | Juditech inverter with potentiometer |
| Winding arrangement | Double wheel |
| Maximum coil outside diameter | 760 mm |
| Maximum coil inside diameter | 200 mm |
| Adjustable coil width | 160–250 mm |
| Length measurement | Autonics measuring wheel |

| Pipe outside diameter | Confirmed from the actual pipe profile |
Coil outside diameter, coil inside diameter and coil width describe the finished package, not the pipe diameter. The 200 mm coil inside diameter is a maximum, not a minimum or a fixed setting. Confirm the suitable pipe range from a profile drawing or sample. The 1.5 kW value is the specified motor rating; drive quantity and total connected load are confirmed with the electrical configuration.

A Juditech variable-frequency inverter and potentiometer provide speed adjustment across the specified 1–25 m/min range. Gentle automatic speed changes help limit excessive pulling.
The measuring wheel supplies length information for the touchscreen controller. Pipe contact and measurement are reviewed against the actual corrugated profile.
The operator can freely set the required alarm length and view production speed in real time. Length alarms support coil preparation; cutting and station-transfer tasks are confirmed separately.
The photograph illustrates the equipment configuration. Final dimensions and included options are defined in the agreed quotation.
Confirm the pipe entry path, access for cutting and tying, and how a finished coil leaves the winding head. Include your heaviest coil and available handling equipment in the review.
Discuss station layout and coil handlingA Juditech variable-frequency inverter and potentiometer provide winding-speed adjustment from 1 to 25 m/min. Automatic, gentle speed changes help reduce deformation risk caused by excessive pulling. The operating setting must still be checked with the actual pipe profile and line conditions.
An Autonics measuring wheel supplies length information to a touchscreen controller. The operator can freely set the required alarm length and view production speed in real time. The alarm function does not by itself confirm automatic cutting or automatic station transfer; those tasks are agreed in the line workflow.
The maximum coil outside diameter is 760 mm, the maximum coil inside diameter is 200 mm, and coil width is adjustable from 160 to 250 mm. The 200 mm inside-diameter value is an upper limit, not a fixed setting or a minimum. These are finished-coil dimensions, not the outside diameter of the pipe.
Send the single-wall corrugated pipe material, outside diameter and rib profile for suitability review; no pipe-diameter range is specified here. The published motor power is 1.5 kW. Confirm the drive quantity, total connected load, plant voltage and frequency in the agreed electrical configuration rather than treating 1.5 kW as a per-station or total-machine rating.
