Product description
The Juditech inverter and potentiometer provide automatic speed adjustment for single-wall corrugated pipe and small flexible hose. Compared with a conventional torque-motor setup applying excessive pull, the inverter-and-potentiometer arrangement provides gentle automatic speed adjustment to help reduce deformation risk. The Autonics measuring wheel provides automatic meter counting, and air-cylinder cutting is included. These functions do not make coil unloading or changeover automatic; the single winding position still needs an agreed operator handling sequence.

The 200 mm inside diameter, 150–250 mm adjustable width and customized 600–750 mm outside diameter describe the winding wheel, not the pipe diameter. The 1.5 kW value is the specified motor rating; total connected load must be confirmed separately. Pipe size suitability is checked from actual samples. Automatic meter counting and air-cylinder cutting do not provide automatic coil unloading or changeover.
